This waterfront residence is conceived as a composition of crisp planes, deep overhangs, and carefully framed volumes, resulting in an architecture that feels both sculptural and calm. The design relies on a restrained palette of smooth white surfaces, dark accents, and expansive glazing to create a strong visual clarity, while the central vertical element anchors the composition and emphasizes the home’s height and sense of arrival. Broad terraces and recessed outdoor rooms extend the living experience outward, giving the façade depth, shadow, and a strong connection to its coastal setting.

A grand stair sequence draws visitors upward to the main living level, transforming approach into a deliberate architectural experience. At dusk, integrated lighting across the landscape, stair, and exterior soffits reinforces the home’s geometry and adds warmth to its otherwise minimal expression. Elevated living spaces and sheltered lower level parking respond to the practical demands of waterfront living, while the overall composition remains elegant, open, and highly refined. The result is a residence that merges modern restraint with the ease and brightness of contemporary coastal life.
