This contemporary residence is composed as a layered study in massing, material contrast, and light. A restrained palette of white brick, textured stone, and warm wood toned cladding gives the façade a sense of depth and permanence, while twin gables and a vertically glazed stair tower establish a strong architectural presence along the street. The design balances crisp geometry with softer moments of arrival, most notably at the recessed arched entry, which introduces warmth and human scale to an otherwise bold composition.

Large expanses of glass bring natural light deep into the home and reveal moments of interior openness from the exterior, reinforcing the connection between form, function, and experience. Elevated living spaces and integrated garage levels respond pragmatically to site and resilience requirements, while the landscape is kept clean and intentional, allowing the architecture to remain the focal point. The result is a residence that feels refined yet approachable, pairing contemporary clarity with a timeless sense of texture, proportion, and place.
