This unique project began with an unconventional client brief: “I have a commercial property I want to use for storage for my company but also as a mancave and family hangout spot.” From this vision and a series of focused design conversations, we crafted a hybrid space that functions as both utilitarian warehouse and personalized retreat. The result is a flexible structure that balances industrial utility with curated comfort—merging raw materials, open volumes, and tailored finishes to create a space that is as functional as it is inviting.
