The Art of Living

UNDER THE SUN

With over 20 years of collective expertise, we do not merely build structures. we materialize personal sanctuaries that balance modern sophistication with the organic serenity of the waterfront.

Who We Are

At Sunarc Architecture & Interior Design, our work is shaped by the character of Florida’s Gulf Coast. The light, the water, the openness of the landscape, and the way life here naturally blurs the line between indoors and out. We design spaces that feel warm, refined, and deeply connected to place.

Based in Tampa Bay, we work throughout St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and the surrounding coast on high-end residential architecture, custom homes, coastal homes, interiors, and boutique commercial projects. Our approach is grounded in the belief that good design should feel thoughtful in its proportions, calm in its materiality, and lasting in the way it supports everyday life.

We are drawn to architecture that responds to its environment. In coastal Florida, that means creating spaces that embrace natural light, frame views, invite connection to the outdoors, and reflect the easy rhythm of living near the water. The influence of blue skies, coastal waters, and white sand beaches is not something we force into the work, but something that naturally informs the atmosphere we aim to create.

Our process brings together architecture and interior design from the beginning, allowing each project to develop as a cohesive whole. Whether designing a waterfront residence, a renovation, or a commercial space, we are interested in the complete experience of a place from its overall form to the quieter details that give it warmth and identity.
